Robert Hoguet
Bob is a conservationist with a background in investment banking and financial management. His experience includes serving as Vice Chairman of a venture capital investment company and Chief Financial Officer of a publically held market leading environmental recycling company. Previously he spent 16 years in investment banking where he led waste-to-energy specialty financing groups that helped corporate and municipal clients raise over $8 billion.
He serves on the boards of The International Crane Foundation and EcoHealth Alliance where he is a former Board Chair. He was one of the originators of the EPIC (Environmental Protection through Incentives and Commerce) program at Columbia University and served on the Advisory Board of Columbia’s Center for Environmental Research and Conservation. He has also served on the boards of NatureServe, the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health, the Stepping Stones Foundation and the Nereid Boat Club.
Bob has a BA from Harvard College, an LLB from New York University Law School, and an MBA and a Certificate in Conservation Biology from Columbia University.
