CSF Joins IUCN
Conservation Strategy Fund is proud to announce our membership with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the world’s oldest and largest global environmental network and a global authority on protecting the natural world. By bringing together top experts and organizations, IUCN aims to forward conservation work and advance global sustainable development in over 160 countries. In addition, IUCN’s work guides the implementation of key international agreements, including the UNESCO World Heritage Programme and the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), providing policy advice and support to several governing institutions like the World Economic Forum and the United Nations.
As an IUCN member, CSF joins over 1,400 diverse government and civil society organizations from over 170 nations in shaping IUCN’s future strategies, policy recommendations, and work programs. By joining IUCN’s extensive network of scientists and policymakers, CSF will continue to expand its international influence in conservation economics and political decision-making within the highest governing bodies. We’re thrilled to be a part of this collaborative environment for crucial conservation work and eager to see what CSF’s future holds with the IUCN!
