
Aulia Rahman
Aulia Rahman is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), permaculture design course (PDC) trainer, and sustainability strategist with over seven years of experience leading cross-sectoral projects that connect environmental conservation, sustainable livelihoods, and community empowerment. Previously, as a Project Manager at Aralia Sustainability Consulting, he collaborated with organizations such as The Nature Conservancy’s (TNC) Indonesia Programme for the Global Fund for Coral Reefs (GFCR), the Good Energies Foundation, and Agence Française de Développement (AFD) to design and implement initiatives focused on blue carbon ecosystems, gender equality, and climate resilience.
Today, he has returned to the land as a full-time organic farmer in West Java, Indonesia. Leading a permaculture-based farming operation, he integrates ecological principles to regenerate the land while supporting sustainable livelihoods. His work spans the entire coffee and food crop supply chain, from cultivation to market distribution, with a strong focus on organic practices. His approach emphasizes ecological restoration, food sovereignty, and reconnecting communities to regenerative farming systems.
He is also a board member of Yayasan Marine and Terrestrial Indonesia and an alum of several Conservation Strategy Fund programs, including the Training of Trainers and the Economics and Policy Training on the Blue Economy Development Framework Course.
