Alejandra Gonzales Rocabado
Alejandra joined CSF in 2024 to contribute to the “Analysis of the Investment Needs and Employment Content of Bolivia's NDCs” project. With over five years of experience in sustainable development and deforestation issues, Alejandra has worked with organizations such as the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, the Socio-Economic Research Institute, and UNICEF in Bolivia. She is also a certified “Sustainability Leader” from the United People Global Institute, having completed an intensive training program in the USA in 2021. Additionally, she has been involved with global organizations such as Thought for Food and Youth Opportunities, as a Bolivian Ambassador and Regional Coordinator. In 2019, she was a panelist at the Youth and Sustainable Development Forum in Benin. She holds an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics, supported by the Chevening Scholarship from the U.K. government. She also holds a degree in Economics from the Bolivian Catholic University, where she was awarded a full scholarship and a Thesis Fellowship from the Hanns Seidel Foundation. In her spare time she likes to do crossfit, play soccer, and run.
