Ms. Aygul Ozbafli is an Economist with Cambridge Resources International Inc. Her area of specialization is Investment Appraisal, and in particular the use of stated choice techniques to evaluate willingness to pay for reliability of electricity supply. She has served as a Lecturer with the Program on Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis at John Deutsch International Executive Programs since 2005. Ms. Ozbafli graduated with a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado and also obtained an MBA from University of Colorado’s School of Business. She obtained an MA in economics from Bilkent University in Ankara, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Birmingham, UK.
