
Dr. Alin Halimatussadiah
Dr. Alin Halimatussadiah is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business – Universitas Indonesia (FEB UI). She received her doctoral degree from Universitas Indonesia in 2013 with a focus on natural resources and environmental economics. Since 2017, she has been trusted as the Head of the Green Economy and Climate Research Group at the Institute of Economic and Social Research, Faculty of Economics and Business – Universitas Indonesia (LPEM FEB UI). She has experience in many research topics particularly climate and renewable energy economics, financing and policy; circular economy, sustainable agriculture and fisheries, the economics of disaster, and green growth. She held certifications in water financing, renewable energy financing, impact investing, sustainable finance, and sustainability reporting. She was a CSF 2019- 2020 Indonesia Marine Fellow. Her research “Designing a Fiscal Scheme to Promote Sustainable Fisheries Management in Indonesia” provided recommendations for policymakers on optimizing non-tax fisheries revenue and promoting sustainable fisheries management in Indonesia.
