Halomoan is a Lecturer at Palu Fisheries and Marine College, Palu, Indonesia. His research is entitled “Analysis of the Economic Development of Seaweed Management Fisherman Community in Yapen Archipelago Regency, Papua Province.” This research will analyze the potential of existing seaweed and formulate an economic development model community in the Yapen Islands Regency, Papua Province, and formulate the economic development strategy of the seaweed managing community in the District Yapen Islands, Papua Province.
