Isis Domingues
Isis joined CSF as the Financial Manager in Brazil in 2024. She is a Business Management Ph.D. student at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, armed with a solid background in accounting (bachelor's and master's degrees) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Her professional journey has spanned significant roles in finance and accounting at multinationals like PwC, Pirelli, Microsoft, and Avianca, before pivoting to sustainability. During her MBA at the University of Manchester, she began exploring food security, leading to her co-authorship chapter on the Water-Energy-Food Nexus and Climate Change in Cities Springer collection. She contributes her expertise to the Municipal Urban and Periurban Agriculture Agenda of the Brazilian Social Development Ministry as a member of the Advisory Board, focusing on sustainable urban agriculture. Currently, her Ph.D. research delves into the digital transformation within supply chains, examining its ethical implications. Outside her professional and academic pursuits, Isis is an adventurer at heart, not only clinching the title in the biggest sailing race in South America in 2018 but also exploring diverse interests from samba, circus, and kite surfing to other dynamic activities, showcasing her multifaceted approach to life and work.
