James Jolliffe
James Jolliffe is a natural resource economist at the Geoscience Division of the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) and an ODI Fellow. He conducts economic analyses such as cost benefit analysis and has been involved in capacity building work throughout the Pacific. Prior to joining the SPC, he worked on natural gas economics for the UK Government’s Department of Energy and Climate Change. James has an MSc in environmental economics and climate change and an honours degree in economics.
