Joe joined CSF as a GIS Research Analyst in 2022. He has a master's degree in Geography from the University of Denver and a bachelor's degree is Sustainability Science and Economics from Furman University. Joe has worked on a wide variety of projects including an assessment of gentrification in Greenville County, South Carolina, ecosystem service valuation of park lands in Virginia, environmental amenity valuation in northwest South Carolina, forest change monitoring in Cambodia and Indonesia, and more.

Annie joined CSF in 2022 as the Communication Manager in Peru. She has seven years of experience in communications related to intercultural and gender approaches in non-profit organizations and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM).
